Our projects are the light that guides us. We draw inspiration from Ecuadorian women and families who dream big and work with dedication, love, and joy to achieve their goals.
Sometimes, a dream lies dormant, waiting for sunlight to awaken it. We are here to listen, guide, and accompany women in their beautiful process of blossoming.
We thank all the women and their circles for opening their hearts and trusting us to accompany them in bringing their dreams to life.
Ecuadorian woman, Warmi, Noa, congratulations on being that seed that will grow and begin to blossom for the benefit of a full life, to nourish the family and the community; and for the happiness of Pachamama. Thank you for the heroic energy, the light, the fluidity, and the power of blossoming that attract abundance and wisdom for humanity.
Belén and Her Hat Workshop
Belén inherited the ancestral art of crafting felt wool hats — a tradition over 300 years old in the Ecuadorian Andes. Each piece keeps alive her community’s cultural heritage and fuels her dream of turning this legacy into a source of identity and development.
María and Her Shuar Ecosystem
María and her Shuar family protect an underground waterfall in the Ecuadorian Amazon. She dreams of creating a space where visitors can experience not only nature’s beauty but also the richness of Shuar culture through crafts, food, music, and dance.
Embroiderers and Artisans
In the Andes, a group of artisans preserves traditional embroidery techniques. They aim to strengthen their cultural identity, register their brand, and bring their art to global markets through fair trade and digital promotion.
Chakra Mamas and Vanilla
In the Amazon, a group of vanilla producers is working to strengthen their identity through brand registration, improved cultivation techniques, and building a larger greenhouse for processing and export — fostering sustainable development for their community.
Olguita and Her Ancestral Ceramics
Olguita and her association preserve ancient Kichwa ceramic traditions that embody cultural memory. They dream of transforming their workshop into a school where Kichwa girls can learn, create, and continue this ancestral art.
Sacha Yachana Wasi –

Ayllu Canelos “Wankurishka”
A group of Kichwa women in the Upper Napo region strives to organize, empower, and share their ancestral practices through ceramics and storytelling that preserve myths and legends.
